We have in stock a range of wholesale products that are ready to ship to customers. We also offer an entirely bespoke service and can create formulations in tablet, capsule, or powder form to suit any requirements.

Capsules
Our production capacity is over 16 million hard capsules per day, utilising a mixture of automatic and semi-automatic machines.
- HPMC (Vegetarian), Pullulan Capsules (Vegan), Gelatin, Enteric/Delayed-Release capsules available.
- 6 automatic encapsulation machines for high-speed runs, including integrated polishing and metal detection.
- 3 semi-automatic encapsulation machines for lower volumes, excipient-free, and difficult to encapsulate products.
- #3, #1, #0, #0EL, #00, #00EL capsule sizes available.
Tablets
We have the capacity to manufacture upwards of 24 million tablets per day, depending on tablet size.
- Integrated de-dusting and metal checking.
- Various tooling sizes (6mm/ 8mm/ 9mm/ 10mm round & 16mm,18mm, 20mm oval) plus ability to order bespoke tooling on short lead times.
Powders
Using our range of ribbon blenders, we can supply blended powders or alternatively pack powders into tubs, bottles or pouches.

Soft Gels
We can supply various size formats of soft gels for a wide array of products.
- Ideal for oil-based liquids, suspensions and pastes.
- Gelatin-based, vegetarian, vegan and enteric-coated soft gels available.
Gummies
We can supply nutritional gummies featuring vitamins, mineral, specialised nutrition, functional and superfood gummies to suit every requirement.
- Gelatin (animal-derived) and Pectin (plant-based) options available.
- Various flavour profiles
White Label
We stock a range of popular ‘house’ products that can be bought off the shelf for use in White Label products.
These have very low minimum order quantities (MOQ’s) and short lead times.

Let’s not forget about our furry friends. We are a licensed Pet Supplement Manufacturer under EU Feed Hygiene Regulation (183/2005).
Services
Pouch Filling
Our automated machines can pack upwards of 50,000 pouches per day for capsules and tablets, and 40,000 pouches for powders.
Bulk Packing
Prefer to pack your own product? No problem. We are happy to manufacture bulk capsules and tablets to be packed by your own teams.
Contract Packing
Have a nutraceutical product you would like us to pack? We offer a comprehensive range of co-packing services and can pack your products into bottles and pouches, using our fully automated packing lines.
Bottle Packing & Labelling
Once we have manufactured your products, we can then pack them into containers that meet your specification and requirements. Our automated bottling lines can pack upwards of 42,000 bottles per day.
- State of the art label applicators, ensuring a straight, smooth label.
- Automated capper, induction heat-sealer and cellophane neckband application, to ensure product quality is never compromised.

Dispatch Services
Amazon FBA, TikTok FTA etc.
Our dispatch team work closely with online marketplaces and can ship finished product to customers’ external storage facilities, or send full and part orders directly into Amazon warehouses for FBA/ TikTok warehouse for FBT, etc.
