After a career break to raise her family, Diane took her interest in health & nutrition to another level when she founded Pharmanutra in her hometown. Pharmanutra now proudly employs more than 25 people from the local area and continues to grow year on year.

Prior to this, Diane worked as a producer/ director in television production, specialising in health, wellness, and lifestyle programming.

With over 30 years account management experience, Andy brings a wealth of experience to the sales team. Andy enjoys working closely with clients to develop and nurture long lasting and beneficial working relationships. 

Sports-mad Andy joined Pharmanutra in 2021 and has 7 years’ experience in the nutraceuticals industry, after 20+ years senior management in the white goods industry.

Kamila is a senior operations manager who keeps things organised and running smoothly behind the scenes. She has a sharp eye for detail and is proactive when it comes to spotting and solving problems before they become bigger issues.

After studying Business Management at the University of Liverpool, she developed a practical and calm approach to her work – usually with a cup of tea close by.

Luke began his career in engineering before moving into project management, account management, and eventually into operations management at Pharmanutra. 

His varied background has given him a hands-on approach to problem solving and a passion for improving the way things work. He enjoys working closely with teams, streamlining processes, and helping turn ideas into reality.

With over 20 years of experience in food and drink manufacturing, Mike has built extensive knowledge across quality systems, GMP compliance, HACCP, and manufacturing operations.

Passionate about maintaining high standards and continuous improvement, he has spent the last two years applying this experience within the nutraceutical industry, supporting the production of high-quality supplements and compliance-focused operations at Pharmanutra.

Since joining Pharmanutra in 2019, Stephen has taken advantage of Pharmanutra’s internal development opportunities, excelling in many production roles and progressing to the position of Lead Production Manager. He has achieved this through hands-on experience, problem-solving, and a drive to continuously improve manufacturing operations.

He enjoys a challenge and is focused on leading efficient production, maintaining high standards, and delivering results.
