Pharmanutra Ltd is a vitamin and mineral supplement manufacturer based in the UK. We specialise in the manufacture of health supplements in capsule, tablet and powder formats. We also provide powder blending and packing services and operate from our 33,000 sq. ft facility in North Merseyside.

We source the finest quality materials from approved suppliers, and all raw materials are subject to risk-assessed inspection, verification and testing procedures in accordance with our quality management systems. We combine regulatory insight, strict production protocols and problem-solving skills to achieve outstanding results.

Pharmanutra operate to GMP standards, and are accredited by several organisations, including HACCP, UK Soil Association, and the FDA. As part of our continuous quality improvement programme, we are currently progressing towards achieving our BRCGS food safety global standard accreditation – the most widely accepted food safety standard in the world. We hope to achieve this by September 2026.

We understand that there is a certain element of trepidation when bringing a new product to market. That is why our team are flexible when it comes to Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ’s) and are happy to discuss your requirements and provide advice and support wherever possible.

Yes, we do. We are happy to manufacture bulk capsules, tablets and blended powders to be dispatched and packed by your own teams.

We stock a range of popular ‘house’ products that can be bought off the shelf for use in White Label products. These have very low minimum order quantities (MOQ’s) and short lead times, making them ideal for brands looking to launch quickly.

We can supply nutritional gummies featuring vitamins, minerals, specialised nutrition, functional foods and superfoods. We have Gelatin (animal-derived) and Pectin (plant-based) options and various flavour profiles available. 

Yes. We can assist with anything needed to export your products. You may handle the delivery with any courier of your choice.

Yes, we can. Our dispatch team work closely with online marketplaces and can ship finished product to customers’ external storage facilities, or send full and part orders directly into Amazon warehouses for FBA, TikTok warehouses for FBT, or fulfilment warehouses serving marketplaces such as Holland & Barrett, Superdrug, Boots, etc.

Yes, we are a proud British manufacturer. We have a purpose-built clean room which houses all the machinery necessary to make encapsulated vitamins and minerals, as well as machinery for filling capsules, tablets and powders into containers and pouches. We can also seal, label, and print expiry dates and batch numbers on all products. 

Yes, our facility has been approved by the UK Soil Association (Higher Standard) for the manufacture, sourcing and storage of all organic products. Our SA licence number is DA30625. When you partner with us, you can be sure that your finished organic products and all associated artwork meet with the Soil Association standard.

Our facility is completely nut free, but we do occasionally handle other allergens, such as crustaceans, molluscs, soya, and fish oils. We have a robust allergen management programme, with procedures and training developed, implemented and documented for all food allergens handled on site.

This is variable, depending on the nature of your formula and the quantities required, but we aim to deliver within 6-8 weeks of orders being placed. We will be happy to provide you with an approximate lead time with your quote.

For brands looking to enter or expand their presence in the pet supplement industry, we offer private label and custom pet supplement manufacturing services. Pharmanutra is a licensed Pet Supplement Manufacturer under EU Feed Hygiene Regulation (183/2005).

When you supply us with your formulation it is protected by our confidentiality agreements. We will never share your supplement formula, nor your identity should you wish it to remain confidential.
