We have in stock a range of wholesale products that are ready to ship to customers. We also offer an entirely bespoke service and can create formulations in tablet, capsule, or powder form to suit any requirements.

Capsules
Our production capacity is over 16 million hard capsules per day, utilising a mixture of automatic and semi-automatic machines.
- 6 automatic encapsulation machines for high-speed runs, including integrated polishing and metal detection.
- 3 semi-automatic encapsulation machines for lower volumes, excipient-free, and difficult to encapsulate products.
- #3, #1, #0, #0EL, #00, #00EL capsule sizes available.
- HPMC (Vegetarian), Pullulan Capsules (Vegan), Gelatin, Enteric/Delayed-Release capsules available.
Tablets
We have the capacity to manufacture upwards of 24 million tablets per day, depending on tablet size.
- Various tooling sizes (6mm/ 8mm/ 9mm/ 10mm round & 16mm,18mm, 20mm oval) plus ability to order bespoke tooling on short lead times.
- Integrated de-dusting and metal checking.
Powders
Using our range of ribbon blenders, we can supply blended powders or alternatively pack powders into tubs, bottles or pouches.
- Bespoke formulation service available. We are always happy to work on new and exciting products.
- Stock range of formulations available on lower MOQ’s
Soft Gels
We can supply various size formats of soft gels for a wide array of products.
- Gelatin-based, vegetarian, vegan and enteric-coated soft gels available.
- Ideal for oil-based liquids, suspensions and pastes.
Gummies
We can supply nutritional gummies featuring vitamins, mineral, specialised nutrition, functional and superfoods.
- Gelatin (animal-derived) and Pectin (plant-based) options available.
- Various flavour profiles
White Label Products
We stock a range of popular ‘house’ products that can be bought off the shelf for use in White Label products.
These have very low minimum order quantities (MOQ’s) and short lead times, making them ideal for brands looking to launch quickly.
Pet Supplements
Let’s not forget about our furry friends. For brands looking to enter or expand their presence in the pet supplement industry, we offer private label and custom pet supplement manufacturing services. Pharmanutra is a licensed Pet Supplement Manufacturer under EU Feed Hygiene Regulation (183/2005).
Packing & Dispatch
Once we have manufactured your products, we can then pack them into containers that meet your specification and requirements.
We can also ship finished products to customers’ external storage facilities, or directly into Amazon and other warehouses.
Bottle Packing
Our automated bottling lines can pack upwards of 42,000 bottles per day.
Labelling
Pouch Filling
We can pack upwards of 50,000 pouches per day for capsules and tablets, and 40,000 pouches for powders.
Bulk Orders
We are happy to supply bulk capsules and tablets to be packed by your own teams.
Contract Packing
Dispatch
Our seamless dispatch service can send to external storage facilities, or directly into Amazon or TikTok warehouses.
